Our Primary focus is on Customer Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the performance of any product, please contact us and we will issue credit or send a replacement for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

           

                            

 

Products will be shipped within 24 hrs. of receiving your order with 98% of all orders shipping  the same day for arrival in 1-2 business days! Upon request, we will ship your order overnight for guaranteed next day delivery if your order is placed by 4:30 pm eastern time. An additional shipping fee may apply depending on your location.

                            

                      

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT-Carolina Imaging will accept all defective products back and issue credit for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Laser cartridges that are returned with over 50% usage will receive proportional credit. Laser cartridges that have over 90% usage or empty will not be credited.  Carolina Imaging will be responsible for all return shipping charges. 

 

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS-Products that are not defective are eligible for credit for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase if in unopened original packaging and resalable condition. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping charges of all non - defective products including shipping charges of a replacement order if one is requested.

 

RMA NUMBER-You must contact us for an RMA number before any return will be accepted, only returns with a valid RMA # will be issued credit. RMAs are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. 

 

SHIPPING ERRORS-Although this is a rare occurrence it can happen. Should you receive a packing list that disagrees with what your shipment contains, you must contact us within 5 business days to report the discrepancy. Carolina Imaging will not be responsible for any missing product if shipment has been in your possession for longer then 5 days.

 

 

 

 

 

Carolina Imaging accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Net 30 is available upon request with credit verification. Please contact our A/R department to request payment terms. Invoices that are not paid in 45 days may cause future orders to be held.
